I guess it's the design that the captain implemented, to make the workunits longer to those who watch the graphics. It would be like a kind of reward but then again most people don't, and so when the quorum is set the lower claims (of those who didn't run the graphs) are selected for granting. |

hmmm I remember that was once tried and was not very good. :P I don't know where the threads about that lay, but once our Captain put at our disposal nothing more, nothing less that some 12,000+ workunits at once! The result was a major flood! Any boinc that contacted the pirates site was flooded with small workunits. I myself got some 300 of them in queue before boinc say that wouldn't fetch more! |

I tried hooking into pirates from the custom boinc client of that japanese project, Cell Computing... Who would have thought that it worked? :P The Cell client Now if only Pirates had some java workunits... lol |

Nothing lasts forever... and we all knew this moment was coming soon. :( Nonetheless we had a great trip! Our captain took us sailing through the seven seas and even more. The memories will stay with us forever, as will it be written in history about a Pirates project that, more than any other, helped make boinc what it is today! :) |

To me it shows everything. Got an Nvidia Geforce4 4400 Ti with latest drivers Just the top images seem to be a bit cut off on top, like dislocated to the outside of the screen, but if I resize the window they got to the corner automatically and never get dislocated again. (similar thing with starboard 4.12) |
