If I wasn't looking at the boinc manager I wouldn't even have noticed.

Same here! I cmd-tab'd to BOINC by chance and was surprised (but nonetheless pleased) to see three completed tasks for this particular project...it has been awhile, hasn't it? :)

Always nice that the Captain dishes out some work for ITLaP day. Only remembered after hearing a mention on the radio today so brought my three vessels back into port and they got a job each 8¬) then 2 jobs each after going ashore for an hour.
This was one of my first projects in late 2004, on an old rowing boat that's long since been scuttled, so 10th birthday coming up in November. Never did get much work here with limited supply and only having a single sail for most of that time but nostalgia makes me check in every so often.

Longest period of fair winds I can remember, thanks, Cap'n, but now expect to be becalmed for a while. Possibly a Christmas box or maybe next September?

Only anomaly I see is that neither of my boats have updated the credit total since they last returned work. Credit on the account page has updated and has been exported but even a manual update through Boinc doesn't update the credits on the hosts. Just curious.

I'm hoping there's some Christmas work in the planning. My CPUs could do with some 7 seconds per task work. :)

I notice that quick Yello tasks are replaced by super quick Hello tasks.

Not caught the new "hello" version "in the act" yet but they did go through in c.10-20secs. Previous 6.08 had both .exe and .pdb files but the new 6.13 has only the exe. Might that be why they're finishing so quick, ie they're not properly starting? All are marked as "waiting for validation" and "pending".

Yutetide felicitations to all.
